Banquets

The Hofburg restaurant has all capabilities to arrange catering of a small or large-scale event. You will be pleasantly surprised by our service and hospitality.

The Kaiserhof hotel offers the organisation of a memorable grand banquet in the elegant interior of the understated European luxury of the Hofburg restaurant which can host any event from thematic parties to grand wedding celebrations.

The banqueting hall of the Hofburg restaurant may welcome up to 300 guests. According to the format of the event it is possible to choose one of the six seating layouts: theatre, class, rectangular table, U-shape, banquet or reception.

The atmosphere of elegance and luxury along with the rich and varied menu will create a feel of true delight and will be the perfect place for an unforgettable event. Guests can taste a good choice of meat dishes of Russian and European cuisine, delicious desserts and savour the aroma of the best wines from a solid wine collection.

At the disposal of the guests there is a wide range of services to accompany each event from a wedding celebration to a private party: decorations, music accompaniment, entertaining programmes and many others.

Marriage registration

Hotel Kaiserhof is the perfect venue for the magic moments of the wedding day!

The hotel is situated in the most picturesque place of Kaliningrad called Fish Village which is traditionally visited by every young couple on the day of their wedding. The hotel will be delighted to welcome you on this important occasion in the Hofburg restaurant to celebrate this special day in elegant atmosphere where the official procedure of marriage registration can be conducted as well.

Attentive to your requirements we provide placement of furniture, decoration for the ceremony (textiles, flowers, including special covers for chairs), red carpet, the construction of a gaily decorated arch. The marriage registration cost is 15000 rubles.

On your wish we can organise a welcome-zone for a cocktail reception where your guests will be offered drinks and light snacks.

The newly wedded couples staying over will be provided with a pleasing compliment from the hotel: breakfast in bed, visiting the SPA centre and late check-out at 4.00 pm.

At our hotel you can hold a wedding photo session. The cost of the photoshoot starts from 1500 rubles.

To facilitate the maximum success of the event our managers will always assist you and provide their guidance for the wedding celebration.
