The guest card of the Kaliningrad region is a loyalty program, thanks to which tourists receive pleasant bonuses and discounts!

You can get a Guest Card at the office of the Tourist Information Center of the Kaliningrad Region at: Kaliningrad, pl. Victory, 1

Booking with the Guest Card can be made:

• Directly when booking from the hotel counter, by presenting a guest card;
• By prior call to the reservation service by phone: +7 (4012) 592-222, indicating the number of the guest's card and presenting the card upon arrival;
• Upon request to the reservation department by e-mail. mail: booking@kaiserhof-hotel.com, indicating the number of the guest's card and presenting the card upon arrival.

Booking through third party sources, unfortunately, does not allow you to use the guest card and get a discount at the property.
