New SPA rules

Dear Guests of the Hotel Kaiserhof, we inform you that from June 01, 2021, new rules for visiting the aqua complex for hotel guests come into force.

From 07:00 to 14:00 you can visit the aqua complex on a complimentary basis by presenting your Guest card to the SPA administrator.

If you wish to continue your vacation at AMBER SPA after 14:00, we will give you a 50% discount on the visit to the thermal zone and aqua complex from the current tariff.

As part of the loyalty program, for cardholders with GOLD and PLATINUM status, a visit to the aqua complex is provided complimentary for the entire period of stay from 07:00 to 22:00.

Spa treatments receive a 10% discount.

We draw your special attention to the rules for visiting AMBER SPA with children:

• On the territory of AMBER SPA there is a “Children's Hour” (children under the age of 10 can stay in the SPA until 14:00).
• Children under 14 years old have the right to stay in the AMBER SPA area only when accompanied by an adult.
• Children under 3 years old can visit the aqua complex only with a special swimming diaper.
