Rospotrebnadzor requirements for arrivals to the territory of the Russian Federation

Please be informed that according to the Decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation No. 22 dated 07/27/2020 (https://www.rospotrebnadzor.ru/files/news/postanovlenie_22.pdf)

Foreign citizens and stateless persons, when crossing the State Border of the Russian Federation, must have with them a medical document (in Russian or English) confirming the negative result of a laboratory study of the material for COVID-19, by the PCR method, selected no earlier than 3 calendar days days before arrival in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Citizens of the Russian Federation who arrived on the territory of the Russian Federation by air must undergo a laboratory test for COVID-19 by PCR within 3 calendar days from the date of arrival.
